Ingredients:

2 large onions
2 cloves garlic chopped or crushed
1 tbsp ginger puree                
1 tbsp of oil
1⁄2 a pumpkin - skinned and cubed                    
6 cups of boiling water        
1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
1 cup coconut cream    
4 tbsp honey    
1 tsp of salt
