From Sunday September 6, 2026, Hope Channel Australia begins preparing and delivering its own programming schedule.
Until now, most of what you've seen on Hope Channel Australia has come to us through the Hope Channel International feed. From September the schedule is built here, which means the line-up can be shaped around Australian viewers — with a new range of programs chosen for you.
The online guide updates every week and is the same schedule you’ll see in the app and beside the livestream. Times are shown in Sydney time.
No. It’s the same channel on the same number, and the website and app work exactly as they do now. There’s nothing to retune or reinstall.
Hope Channel Australia has reached the point where it can prepare and deliver its own schedule, rather than carrying the international feed. It’s a step forward for the ministry here, and it means the programs going to air can be chosen with Australian viewers in mind.
Many familiar programs continue, though the times will often be different. The best way to find yours is the TV guide above.
The online guide is shown in Sydney time. If your state keeps a different time, you'll need to adjust from there — and if you'd like a printed guide for your own time zone, get in touch and we’ll help.
Daylight saving begins on Sunday 4 October. From then, separate guides are published for the states that move their clocks, and the online guide follows Sydney time as it always has.
Some programs from the international feed aren’t part of the new Australian schedule. If there's something you'd like to see return, tell us — the programming team genuinely does read this.
Yes. We post the monthly guide to viewers who don’t use a computer. Call or write to us and we’ll add you to the list.
Get in touch and we’ll help. It helps if you can tell us how you watch — VAST, the website or the app — and roughly where you are.
If you have any difficulty receiving Hope Channel after the change, or there’s something you’d like to see on the new schedule, we’d like to hear from you. Your feedback helps us settle the transition and keep improving what goes to air.
Thank you for being part of the Hope Channel Australia community.
