Allie is eager to learn more about God’s plan and is thrilled to discover that Jesus is alive! But the enemy isn’t happy and works to keep people from accepting God’s rescue offer.

Death of a Hero

Mel realizes she misjudged Allie and makes things right. Later, at an Easter egg hunt, the children learn about the greatest act of love—the sacrifice that made our rescue possible.

Jack still doubts Kade’s sincerity, and Mrs. Jones shares the story of Peter—one of Jesus’ closest friends—who failed to stand by Him when it mattered most.

Invitation

A fancy envelope arrives at the King household—an invitation to a wedding! But in The Book, they find a story of an even greater invitation that many people ignored. Meanwhile, Kade learns about choices and consequences through the story of the farmer and the weeds.

Made Well

When Jono is hospitalized, the King family turns to The Book to learn how Jesus healed the sick. Meanwhile, Chloe visits Mrs. Jones at the library and finds out just how exciting The Book can be!

Jack and Jono’s metal detector leads them on a search for buried treasure, but they soon discover that the greatest treasures are found in The Book. A church treasure hunt helps Kade learn the joy of sharing.

Time to Begin

Mel and Chloe dive into The Book to learn about Jesus’ childhood and His cousin John the Baptist. Meanwhile, Mr. King gives Jack advice on handling challenges. The King family reflects on Jesus’ temptation in the wilderness, realizing how “The Book” can help us resist doing the wrong thing.

Good News

Caught in a conflict with Kade, Jack considers getting even. Jono’s dad shares the story of Isaiah, who warned the Israelites about the consequences of their actions. They are reminded that choosing God’s way leads to true peace and happiness.

Choices Have Consequences

Mr Adams shares with Kade what happens when a kid called David teams up with God to take on Goliath. Mr and Mrs King make the decision to accept the Rescuer and follow His plan for their lives.
